Ramesh combines his extensive strategy consulting and investment banking experiences to advise CEOs and senior management across a broad range of industries on major transformations and diverse topics such as growth strategies, portfolio restructuring, M&A and organisational effectiveness.

His recent engagements include helping a large building products firm create $300M in shareholder value through a $1.6 billion joint venture with a US-based firm, and improving the ROI of a large engineering and construction by 150 basis points.

Ramesh has written and spoken frequently on topics related to shareholder value creation, including co-authoring BCG's Australian Value Creators Report for 2012 through 2014, and speaking on 'Pursuing longer term growth in a short term world' (see Business Spectator video interview http://bcove.me/4b1wfpdo).

Outside of work, Ramesh enjoys playing golf and bridge.  Ramesh is passionate about increasing the participation of high school students in STEM.  Ramesh is married with three children, and the whole family loves travelling and exploring different countries and cultures.

Ramesh holds a MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
