Peter McMahon is a Principal of Port Jackson Partners. Peter joined the firm in 2006 and was elected as a Principal in 2016. During this time, Peter has worked on a diverse range of strategic issues for clients across a broad spectrum of industries including the financial services, infrastructure, resources, retail and industrial sectors.

During his time with Port Jackson Partners, Peter has been based in both Sydney and London. He has served large public and private companies, joint ventures and government clients across Australia, Asia, South America and Europe.

Peter has a depth of experience in setting long-term corporate and business unit strategies, M&A transaction support, as well as designing, managing and supporting complex performance improvement and other transformation programmes.

Peter holds a First Class Honours degree in Economics (Econometrics) and a Commerce (Finance) degree from the University of Queensland.  Peter lives in Sydney with his wife and two young children.
